I have restricted my nail growth by conveniently biting them off, since the day I can remember.After numerous unsuccessful attempts, a few weeks back, my feminine instincts took charge (yet again) and I finally decided to give up on that dirty habit.
I am now suffering the consequences of vanity! My nails seem to hinder me from wearing my lenses, because I feel like I am puttin 'sharp objects' into my eye. My nails keep gettin caught on the threads of my clothes.It hurts when I close my fist or scratch my head.
What a pain!I wonder how so may women (and men) manage it...
